Jewel is on the landside, outside the airport transit area. Its official FAQ says there are no prayer rooms in Jewel. Changi’s listed prayer rooms are in transit areas and are not accessible to landside visitors. Do not plan to use them during a public-area Jewel visit.

Check whether you can enter Singapore and leave transit, and confirm your airline’s check-in and boarding requirements. A nearby map pin does not mean you can cross immigration or access another terminal’s transit facilities.
